Walk-through of how to add an article to the Help Center

This Loom gives an overview of how to use the Help Center and how to add articles to it.

  1. Go to intercom.com and log in with your Designity email

  2. Navigate to Articles in the sidebar

  3. Go to All articles

  4. Here you can edit articles or add new ones

  5. Each article has a topic, description and answer section

  6. On top you can add tags to an article to make sure it is categorized correctly

  7. You can save an article (it is not published) or publish it right away

  8. After saving or publishing, click on Settings

  9. Make sure to define which Help Center and which topic the article should go to (Note: articles not assigned are not visible in any Help Center but can be shared via the direct link)

  10. Also under Settings, you can mark an article if it is not supposed to be part of the search function.
