If a client cancels their trial, the following steps are taken:

Client-specific actions

  1. All work will cease immediately.

  2. All scheduled client meetings are canceled.

  3. Client access to all boards and files will be suspended.

  4. Copyrights for all work produced during the trial remain with Designity, and clients cannot use any deliverables or source files.

  5. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will attempt to set up an exit interview with the client to gather feedback.

  6. Clients will not owe any payment for the trial period.

  7. Clients who return within one month of canceling a trial must pay for the trial as part of their first billing period.

  8. Clients who return within six months of canceling will not be offered another trial.

CD-specific actions

  1. The Creative Director (CD) must release the creative team immediately.

  2. Creatives and CDs will be compensated unless there was a major violation of Designity's core values or processes.

  3. CDs are required to complete a cancellation reflection form, which will be provided in the cancellation confirmation email. No new client assignments can occur until this form is completed.

  4. CDs must schedule a brief check-in with the client management team to reflect on any learnings. No new client assignments can occur until this form is completed.
