What do I need to do if a client asks to change their payment terms, method, or information?

All changes to payment terms, payment method, or the client's payment information need to be submitted by the client through their Designity portal. They can do so by going to clients.designity.com/billing and filling out the corresponding form.

Please note, we can not accept any change requests via email or phone.
