What happens if a client does not pay on time?

As mentioned on each invoice and within our terms of use which are part of the client agreement, Designity has a $50 late payment fee for each day a payment is overdue. Once a payment is overdue by 10 days and we have not received payment confirmation or any communication from the client about when payment will be made exactly, the account will be suspended and clients loose access to their creative director and team, as well as the right to use the delivered work. Reactivating suspended accounts are subject to a $200 reactivation fee.
