What is the difference between execution and strategy?
What is the difference between execution and strategy?
Updated over a week ago

Strategy involves developing a long-term plan that outlines the goals, direction, and competitive positioning (of a client in this case). It entails making high-level decisions about "what" the client aims to achieve and "why," incorporating elements such as market analysis, value proposition, and the overall business model, typically with a focus on long-term outcomes.

Execution, on the other hand, is about putting the strategic plan into action via the projects assigned by the clients. It's all about figuring out how to achieve those big goals by managing resources well, running projects smoothly, and keeping an eye on the quality. For things to go right, execution needs to match up with the client's main goals and strategy. When everything lines up this way, you're helping the client smoothly reach their goals.
