Clients can modify their plan in the following way:
Upgrade / Downgrade
Upgrades: Can be requested anytime and go into effect immediately. The first payment is prorated until the plan's renewal date.
Downgrades: Can be requested anytime and take effect with the next plan renewal.
Add / Remove Add-Ons
Adding Add-Ons: Effective immediately with prorated payment until the renewal date. Recurring add-ons renew together with the regular plan.
Removing Add-Ons: Takes effect with the next plan renewal.
Pause / Unpause
Pause: Can be requested anytime as long as the client has a settled zero balance and either takes effect immediately or after the current plan period. Pausing is limited to 2 weeks per quarter with a one-time fee of $495. Plans automatically reactivate after 2 weeks.
Unpause: Can happen anytime during the 2-week pause and goes into effect immediately. No refund for remaining pause fees can be provided.
Cancel Trial / Plan
Trial: Must be canceled before the trial ends. All meetings are canceled, and clients lose rights to delivered work. A conversation with the Customer Success Manager and a completed modification form through the client portal are required.
Plan: Must be canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Cancellation requests require a conversation with the Customer Success Manager and a completed modification form through the client portal.
Change Billing Cycle
Clients can switch between monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing cycles based on their preference.
Quarterly Plans: Receive a 5% discount, renew every 3 months, and require an upfront payment for the 3-month period.
Yearly Plans: Receive a 10% discount, renew every 12 months, and require an upfront payment for the 12-month period.
The change will take effect with the next billing cycle.
Clients can still pause, upgrade, or downgrade their plan as needed.
Cancellation requires at least 7 days' notice before the renewal date.
