Information on the client’s needs can be found in the onboarding questionnaire as well as the sales notes on the Miro board.
Be sure to also research the client’s website, social media accounts, other companies that show up in related Google searches, etc. Anything that will give you a head start on their industry will save you stress during the first week of the trial. It will also show the client that you’re the kind of strategic problem-solver that they need to keep around forever!
