As long as one of Designity’s W2 internal team members signs an NDA, all W2 employees will be covered.

Any 1099 employees will need to sign separately to be covered under this NDA. It is best to have your client sign a blank copy of the NDA form so you can have it on hand for any Creatives that need to sign.
