Certainly! To request any changes to your plan, please access your dashboard at clients.designity.com, proceed to the 'My Account' tab, select 'Plan & Billing,' then navigate to the 'Need To Modify Your Plan' section.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. For urgent needs, you can make the upgrade effective immediately, or for preparing for future projects, you can wait until the renewal date for the upgrade to go into effect. In the case of immediate upgrades, we will prorate the payment accordingly.

For downgrades, the changes will take effect with the next renewal of your plan. These upgrades and downgrades will not alter your renewal date, and your adjusted plan will continue to renew with the same frequency as your original plan (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
